Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in New Jersey is looking for a Corporate Parts Manager to optimize inventory across service, shop, retail, and wholesale operations. You will lead inventory control, support sales and service teams, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

The role requires 5+ years in heavy-duty truck and trailer parts operations management, strong analytical and communication skills, a HS diploma (a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is preferred), and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts operations management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
• Purchasing experience and ASE Certification are a plus.
• Ability to work in shop environments and meet the physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Resolve disputes and manage warranty situations promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track market pricing, analyze "Lost Sales" data, and make strategic pricing recommendations.

• Oversee and reconcile all COD parts transactions and maintain effective point-of-purchase displays.
