Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in fundraising, corporate relations, sales, or nonprofit development.
• Strong writing and communication skills; donor-focused storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects to grow giving and sponsorships.
• Support donor cultivation, stewardship, and reporting efforts.
• Coordinate employee engagement events and volunteer opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and impact reports for corporate partners.
• Maintain CRM records and support fundraising metrics and dashboards.
