Job summary

The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra seeks a Manager of Corporate Support to lead and expand its corporate giving programs, manage the Corporate Member Program, prepare grants and sponsorship decks, and steward partners.

This full-time, hybrid role located at Heinz Hall in Pittsburgh offers a salary of $50,000 to $55,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package, with three in-person days weekly and occasional evenings/weekends for PSO events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• At least two years of institutional fundraising experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success with project management and familiarity with PM tools.
• Experience with at least one CRM database and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage PSO’s Corporate Member Program and collateral with Marketing/Communications.
• Write 3-4 direct mail campaigns annually and grant proposals as needed.
• Oversee activation and tracking of sponsorship benefits and recognition.
• Prepare Institutional grant proposals/reports and sponsorship decks.
• Act as point person for EITC program and annual application.
• Maintain calendar of solicitations, proposals, events, and stewardship touchpoints.
• Use Tessitura for gift entry, reporting, and data maintenance.
