Job summary

Pittsburgh Symphony, Inc. (PSI) seeks a Manager of Corporate Support to grow contributed revenue from corporations. This full‑time exempt role supports the Corporate Member Program, sponsor benefits, and grant activities, with duties spanning communications, reporting, and donor stewardship.

The position is based at Heinz Hall in downtown Pittsburgh, offering a hybrid work arrangement (three days in-person). PSI is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two years of institutional fundraising experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success with project management and comfort using project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with at least one CRM database.
• Extensive computer skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, self-driven team player who performs under pressure.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage PSO’s Corporate Member Program with marketing collateral and campaigns.
• Oversee benefits fulfillment and partner stewardship, tracking obligations and approvals.
• Prepare institutional grant proposals/reports and sponsorship pitches.
• Lead EITC program management and ensure annual eligibility.
• Maintain the corporate calendar, solicitations, proposals, events, and communications.
• Serve as Tessitura database administrator for gifts, acknowledgments, plans, and reporting.
• Collaborate on the Dining Partners program with Patron Services.
• Support prospect research and development fundraising activities.
