The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra (PSO) is seeking a Manager of Corporate Support to boost contributed revenue from corporations and steward corporate partners. This role helps drive over $1.5 million annually through the Corporate Member Program, EITC funding, and tailored sponsorships.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in institutional fundraising, with strong communication, project management, and CRM experience. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is expected.

Under the direction of the Director of Institutional Support, the Manager of Corporate Support supports and implements fundraising strategies to increase contributed revenue from corporations with a primary emphasis on stewardship of corporate partners. The team raises more than $1.5 Million for the Annual Fund via the Corporate Member Program; Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) funding; and customized sponsorship/partnership arrangements. The PSO pursues mutual partnerships and leverages PSO’s strategic vision to fuel significant increases to annual budgets. This role has the potential to include more responsibility for cultivating corporations at the grassroots level.
This is a full-time exempt position with an annual salary between $50,000 - $55,000 depending upon experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes paid holidays, paid time off, employer paid health benefits, as well as retirement savings options with an employer match. Heinz Hall in downtown Pittsburgh is the work location for this position. The PSO supports a flexible, hybrid work environment, which currently includes three days per week in-person work, including occasional work on weekends and evenings during PSO and Heinz Hall concerts or events.
