Job summary

Raphael House of San Francisco is seeking a Corporate Philanthropy and Events Manager to lead corporate giving, sponsorships, and major fundraising events. The role reports to the Director of Development and drives donor engagement, sponsorship fulfillment, and volunteer programs.

The position requires strong project management, CRM experience, and the ability to work on-site, with some evenings and weekends for events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality or event management, nonprofit management, public relations, or related field; in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, relevant experience accepted.
  • 3 years of fundraising, corporate partnerships, event management, volunteer management, or nonprofit development.
  • Experience with donor databases and fundraising CRM systems preferred.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Raphael House's corporate giving and sponsorship program through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal of donors and sponsors.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 corporate donors and prospects, focusing on retention and increased giving.
  • Identify, research, and cultivate new corporate funding opportunities and community relationships to expand Raphael House's funding pipeline.
  • Prepare and submit corporate grant applications, sponsorship proposals, reports, and related materials.
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of the annual Gala and other fundraising events.
  • Oversee volunteer engagement, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, stewardship, and retention.
