IMMI is seeking a Senior Paralegal & Legal Operations Manager in Westfield, IN to provide senior paralegal support and manage the legal department infrastructure. Aufgaben

• Manage legal department intake, matter tracking, status reporting, deadlines, calendars, and follow-up processes.
• Administer contract lifecycle processes including intake, routing, execution support, repository maintenance, renewal monitoring, and reporting.
• Maintain corporate governance records, entity records, Board materials, minutes, and officer/director information.
• Support litigation, investigations, insurance matters, discovery, and outside counsel coordination.
• Coordinate outside counsel administration, including engagement letters, invoices, budget tracking, and file organization.
• Support IP administration, docket tracking, portfolio records, and correspondence coordination.
• Assist with compliance, policy administration, training logistics, risk registers, and reporting.
• Prepare dashboards, contract, and budget reports for General Counsel and stakeholders.
• Manage legal department technology tools, templates, and process documentation.
• Assist with M&A activities, due diligence, and integration tracking.
• Coordinate signatures, filings, and confidential records management.
• Promote process improvements and implement best practices for a small department.
