O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a diligent paralegal to support the Legal Department in handling administrative complaints and litigation. The role requires coordinating with inside and outside counsel, gathering documents, and managing discovery responses in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining case files, updating spreadsheets, scheduling depositions and trials, and ensuring compliance with document preservation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Paralegal Studies ABA-approved program or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to take initiative, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Superb attention to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with discretion and strong sense of judgement.
• Ability to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate defense of administrative complaints and litigation.
• Serve as liaison between internal and external teams.
• Gather documents and respond to agency requests.
• Research, collect, and produce documents as needed during litigation.
• Review and finalize responses to discovery requests.
• Coordinate witness interviews, depositions, or trial appearances.
• Coordinate document preservation notices and follow-up for compliance.
• Prepare declarations, affidavits, and verifications of discovery responses.
• Correspond with counsel, departments, outside counsel, and third parties.
• Calendar and manage discovery, depositions, due dates, and trials.
• Maintain litigation spreadsheets and organize case files.
• Provide additional support within the Legal Department as needed.
