O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a team member to support attorneys in all aspects of administrative complaints and litigation. You will coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel, gather documents, respond to agency requests, and assist with discovery and witness coordination.

• High school diploma or GED and/paralegal studies ABA-approved program or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with initiative and deadlines.
• Superior accuracy, detail orientation, and discretion in handling information.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Work with inside and outside counsel to coordinate defense of administrative complaints and litigation.
• Gather documents and respond to agency requests to support admin complaints.
• Assist internal departments in researching and producing documents for litigation.
• Review, draft, and finalize responses to discovery requests.
• Coordinate contact with witnesses for interviews, depositions, or trial appearances.
• Issue and track document preservation notices and ensure compliance.
• Prepare declarations, affidavits, and verified discovery responses.
• Correspond with counsel, departments, outside counsel, and third parties.
• Calendar and docket meetings, discovery, depositions, due dates, and trials.
• Maintain litigation spreadsheets and organize case files.
• Provide additional support within the Legal Department as needed.
