Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Supervising Real Estate Paralegal to support the Legal Department in administering property contracts and supervising Paralegals and Legal Assistants. The role interfaces with multiple departments to expedite acquisitions and ensures timely review of contracts.

Primary duties include training staff, assisting Counsel on complex acquisitions, and coordinating with title companies, surveys, and environmental reports to resolve post-closing issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5-6 years real estate paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong clerical and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Paralegals and Legal Assistants.
• Assist Legal Counsel with contract review, acquisitions, and due diligence.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for title commitments, surveys, and environmental reports.
• Manage deadlines and track contingencies through closing.
• Interface with Real Estate and other departments to expedite acquisitions.
