Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, in-house or law firm support
• Experience with document review and production
• Basic understanding of discovery responses (subpoenas)
• Paralegal certificate preferred

Responsabilités

• Support in-house and external litigation counsel on general matters and pre-litigation disputes.
• Assist with discovery management including interviews, collection, initial review, and coordination with outside counsel/e-discovery teams.
• Manage legal hold process using legal hold software.
• Handle subpoena responses and document production including collection, review, redaction, and Bates stamping.
• Maintain matter management software to organize files, deadlines, and dockets.
• Produce and maintain metrics on litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Prepare and file proofs of claims as creditor in bankruptcy proceedings.
• Help standardize processes, documents, and forms for efficiency.
• Assist counsel in arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Support immigration file maintenance and Public Access Files documentation.
