Job summary

Earned is seeking a reliable Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation attorneys from intake through resolution in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a paralegal certificate (ABA-approved) with 2–4 years of experience, strong Excel and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines. Some travel up to 10% may be required. We offer a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate from ABA-approved program required.
• 2–4 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state/federal court rules and e-filing portals.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file pleadings, motions, briefs, subpoenas, and other documents.
• Calendar deadlines, hearings, depositions, and statutes of limitations.
• Manage discovery including interrogatories and production requests.
• Review, organize, and summarize documents and transcripts.
• Prepare for mediations and hearings with binders and case summaries.
• Conduct legal and factual research and verify documents for accuracy.
