Job summary

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program required.
• Two or more years of paralegal or legal support experience preferred.
• Experience in corporate, regulatory, or law firm environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Corporate Counsel across corporate, transactional, IP, regulatory, litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Draft, edit, and format legal documents including contracts and NDAs.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records and liaise with internal teams.
