Strong experience with corporate documents, stock ledgers, and closing binders is essential, as is proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook and several legal software tools.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Experience with Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw or similar legal software.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills for interaction with staff, attorneys and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling large volumes.
• Ability to work with attorneys across multiple offices in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Maintain capitalization tables and stock ledgers.
• Prepare drafts and file documents (Articles of Incorporation/Organization, amendments, merger documents).
• Assist with entity formation (Corporations, LLCs, 501(c)(3)).
• Prepare and file documents for transactions and closing volumes.
• Coordinate closing books and maintain records across matter files.
