Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of paralegal experience in corporate law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain capitalization tables and stock ledgers.
• Direct experience with Carta, Pulley, and related software.
• Direct experience with SEC EDGAR Next.
• Organize, prepare and file corporate documents for transactions (Articles of Incorporation/Organization, Amendments, etc.).
• Assist with formation of entities such as Corporations, LLCs, 501(c)(3).
• Prepare documents for transactions such as closing statements.
• Prepare UCC searches and filings.
• Organize closing books in connection with corporate transactions.
