Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain capitalization tables and stock ledgers.
• Prepare and file Section 16 and other filings.
• Organize closing books and transactional documents for deals.
• Assist with formation of entities and corporate transactions.
• Assist with due diligence and closing checklists.
• Manage data rooms and matter files.
