Firm Advice is conducting a search for a Corporate Paralegal on behalf of a U.S. based company aiming to build a stronger U.S. supply chain for the specialized materials needed to manufacture advanced technologies.

This full-time remote role offers a starting salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. You will manage contracts, entities, and records while supporting privacy/export controls and onboarding new legal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years corporate governance paralegal experience required.
• Corporate governance experience is required.
• Experience with contract management systems and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract lifecycle management.
• Track contracts and manage workflows.
• Manage entities and corporate records.
• Support legal operations including invoicing and financial tracking.
• Coordinate privacy and export control compliance.
• Assist with managing privacy programs.
• As needed, help onboard new legal operations systems.

Position is remote with full-time hours.

Position is direct hire.

Starting Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Assisting with contract lifecycle management.
• Tracking contracts and managing workflows.
• Managing entities and corporate records.
• Managing legal operations including invoicing, financial tracking, coordinating legal requests, onboarding new legal operations systems, as needed.
• Support compliance processes for export control.
• Assist with managing privacy programs.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree, or additional equivalent experience is preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of corporate governance paralegal experience.
• Corporate governance experience is required.
• Strong experience working with contract management systems and other related platforms.
• Strong ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Experience as a notary is a plus.
• Paralegal certificate is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and written skills.
