Ladders is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support a leading Pharmaceuticals & Biotech company in a remote US-based role.

The position focuses on entity management, governance, and transactional support across a multi-jurisdictional organization. You will work with attorneys, internal partners, and external counsel to maintain compliance and enable high-stakes corporate activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
• ABA paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a corporate legal department or large law firm.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulations.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local forms and filing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize corporate records and governance documents for the parent company and subsidiaries.
• Prepare and file documents for entity formation, maintenance, and dissolution across jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, including timely filing of annual reports.
• Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing legal documents for corporate transactions.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage virtual data rooms.
• Monitor changes in laws affecting operations and advise on necessary actions.
• Liaise with internal departments and external counsel to manage corporate legal matters.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will support a dynamic corporate legal function with a focus on entity management, governance, and transactional support across a multi-jurisdictional organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
