JCW Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join its legal team in New York. The role supports governance, regulatory reporting, and transactional matters while working closely with senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, familiarity with SEC reporting, and strong organizational skills. Collaboration across cross-functional teams is essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a major law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Experience with SEC reporting, corporate governance, and entity management preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented self-starter comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
