Job summary

Leading Financial Organizations is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal Secondee for a 3-month contract to join their Global Legal Entities team. The role requires 4+ years of corporate paralegal experience, hybrid work options (Seattle preferred) and duties focused on governance, entity management and high-volume document handling.

• Manage organizational charts, respond to audit inquiries, and identify process improvements using AI tools.
• Bring 3+ years in corporate paralegal work focusing on entity management and governance in either an in-house or law firm setting.

Leading Financial Organizations is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal Secondee for a 3 month period to join their Global Legal Entities team.

Scope of Work

Title: Corporate Paralegal (contract)

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Hybrid (NYC, Toronto, St. Louis, or Seattle)

Duration: 3 Months

Pay Rate: $60 - $85 / hr ($120,000 - $170,000 annualized)

The secondee will act as a primary resource for the Corporate Law Department, ensuring accurate and timely corporate governance and compliance operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining subsidiary records and corporate books, drafting resolutions and annual meeting documentation, facilitating director/officer life-cycle events, and partnering with Finance, Tax, and HR teams to address legal requests and banking/KYC documentation.
• The role also involves managing organizational charts, audit inquiries, and identifying process improvements via AI tools.
• The secondee will be expected to have had 3+ years' experience in corporate paralegal work, specifically in entity management, corporate governance, and high-volume document management within an in-house or law firm environment.

Location & Duration

• Preference is given to candidates that can accommodate a hybrid full-time schedule, with a minimum of three days per week in the Purchase, NY office (or alternative locations as specified below).
• Client is willing to consider NYC, Toronto, St. Louis, or Seattle for candidates with relevant experience.
