Job summary

Beacon Hill seeks a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys and clients on a broad range of corporate, securities, and transactional matters. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will draft, review, and organize legal documents, assist with regulatory filings, and support due diligence, closings, and post-closing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred.
  • 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience with capital markets, public company, IPO, corporate finance, or securities transaction experience.
  • Knowledge of corporate and securities law and regulatory filing processes.
  • Familiarity with SEC filings, corporate governance documentation, and transaction closing processes.
  • Experience with legal research platforms and corporate governance tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities
