Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an experienced paralegal/legal assistant in the Dadeland area to support two attorneys. You will manage case files, draft pleadings, motions and subpoenas, and schedule hearings and depositions.

The role involves facilitating discovery, managing trial logistics, organizing evidence, and aiding courtroom proceedings. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in E-filing, and exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

Busy plaintiff law firm in Dadeland area is looking for an experienced paralegal/legal assistant. Firm needs somebody able to provide support to 2 attorneys by managing case files, including drafting documents (pleadings, motions, subpoenas) and scheduling hearings, depositions, and other appointments. Candidate should be able to facilitate discovery, schedule depositions, and manage trial logistics, including organizing evidence and aiding in the courtroom. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in E-filing, and high attention to detail.
