Job description

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our leadership team as a Management Recruiter. This position will help expand our talent acquisition strategy to recruit, hire, retain, and advance our workforce. The role involves recruiting for property-level management positions and corporate office roles. In this role, you will help craft inspired workplaces that enable our associates to deliver excellent guest experiences and maximize investor returns. Position Responsibilities :
  1. Collaborate with corporate and hotel department managers to identify key hiring criteria.
  2. Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
  3. Utilize networking tools to outreach to potential candidates.
  4. Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
  5. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback on the recruiting process.
  6. Communicate employment details during offers, including benefits and compensation.
  7. Use traditional and nontraditional resources (online job fairs, social media, etc.) to attract quality candidates.
  8. Manage internal transfer processes, including screening and coordinating interviews.
  9. Manage candidate activity in ADP, the company's ATS.
  10. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  11. Participate in various HR projects and tasks as needed.
  12. Provide weekly updates on open positions to leadership.
  13. Assist in analyzing turnover metrics.
  14. Engage in marketing efforts to promote open positions and the company.
  15. Position the hotel as a preferred employer by participating in recruiting events.
  16. Support opening and transitioning properties to ensure they are fully staffed.
  17. Maintain relationships with recruitment vendors.
Education and Experience :
  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  3. Proven leadership skills, self-motivation, team-building, and excellent communication skills.
  4. Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities with sound judgment and discretion.
  5. Financial acumen, including experience with P&L statements and strategic decision-making.
