This role offers a salary range of $60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr. The position is remote, working from home (WFH), with a requirement to live in PST through CST time zones.

About the Role

At The Hire Talent, our mission is to help companies hire faster and better by providing HR and recruiting tools. As a Client Success Associate, you will guide clients in implementing best hiring practices using our software system, coaching them to identify top performers, and streamlining onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience and is passionate about helping clients master recruiting and hiring. Responsibilities include managing assessment reviews, conducting webinars, creating educational content, and growing revenue and retention.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000
• Bonuses up to 50% for client retention and revenue growth
