You would advise private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and strategic buyers on a broad range of transactions, as part of a team that gives mid-level associates real responsibility and direct client exposure.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• Around two to four years' corporate experience at a reputable US law firm
• Exposure to M&A, private equity or both
• California bar admission, or eligibility to obtain it
• Technical accuracy, sound commercial instincts and good client manner
• Ambition to take on increasing ownership of deals

What's on offer

• Indicative base salary of USD $235,000 - $365,000 depending on class year, plus market bonus
• Signing bonuses that can reach the high $120k range by class year
