Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of corporate experience at a reputable US law firm.
• Exposure to M&A, private equity, or both.
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain it.
• Technical accuracy, sound commercial instincts and good client manner.
• Ambition to take on increasing ownership of deals.

• Advising sponsors on platform acquisitions, add-ons and exits.
• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, equity documents and disclosure schedules.
• Running diligence and coordinating specialist workstreams.
• Acting for strategic clients on mergers, carve-outs and minority investments.
• Supporting portfolio companies on governance and general corporate matters.
• Mentoring junior associates as your role develops.
