The candidate will lead transactions end-to-end and play a leadership role in growing the practice with strong firm support for business development.

• Six or more years of experience in sophisticated corporate M&A transactions.

An established midsize law firm seeks a senior associate or income partner to join its growing corporate M&A practice serving clients in the insurance industry.
