LHH is seeking an Associate for the Corporate practice group in a nationally recognized team advising public and private companies, financial institutions, and private equity clients on sophisticated transactions. This role offers sophisticated transactional work, excellent mentorship, and long-term growth potential.

This position requires 2+ years of M&A/corporate experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and bar admission, with a flexible hybrid schedule and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 2+ years of M&A/corporate experience (Am Law background preferred).
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.

About the Role

This position is part of a nationally recognized corporate team advising public and private companies, financial institutions, and private equity clients on sophisticated transactions. The team promotes flexibility while maintaining a strong emphasis on teamwork and client service. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of M&A and/or general corporate experience looking to take on meaningful responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage due diligence teams
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
• Collaborate with specialists and senior attorneys on complex deals
• Support corporate governance, commercial contracts, and related matters
• Manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 2+ years of M&A/corporate experience (Am Law background preferred)
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Licensed with a U.S. state Bar

What They Offer

• Anticipated salary range: $180K–$315K, depending on experience and office location
• Flexible hybrid schedule: two remote days per week
• Billable credit for pro bono work (up to 100 hours of annually)
