A top mid-sized firm is looking to add to their team at the service/income partner level and will hire remotely for this position. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience at a Top Law firm (AmLaw 100 preferred) working on M&A transactions with a strong preference for private equity based work and be able to run a deal independently.

This firm primarily works with middle-market companies and private equity sponsors on transactions ranging from $50M-$600M including acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and more.

This firm offers great resources, opportunities for business development, and strong, leanly staffed teams.

Compensation roughly expected to be between $375k-$425k.
