A growing Triangle practice seeks an attorney to support a broad mix of corporate and small‑business work. Open to junior and midlevel candidates.

Role includes:

• Entity formations, organizational documents, operating agreements
• Contract drafting and negotiation across varied industries
• Employment advising, succession planning, and M&A support
• Occasional securities and trademark filings; collaboration with CRE and T&E teams
• Balanced billables (approx. 1500-1600) with strong flexibility
