Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Corporate team and ensure responsibilities, priorities, and goals are understood.
• Monitor enrollment, revenue, partnerships, and metrics; identify opportunities and issues.
• Develop and coach Corporate team members; define WINs and KPIs for each role.
• Support school and teacher success; ensure staffing, resources, and coverage.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute initiatives; ensure processes are timely and scalable.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with Founder/CEO and stakeholders.
