Job summary

STAR is seeking an experienced, systems-minded leader to serve as Director of Organizational Development. This executive role strengthens the people, development, compliance, and administrative systems that support STAR's mission and long-term sustainability.

Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the Finance Director, program managers, and the Board, you will translate priorities into clear processes, measurable results, and scalable activities across grants, HR, policy, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead STAR's grants and funding pipeline, coordinate proposals and reporting, maintain funder records, support donor cultivation and fundraising initiatives, and monitor development performance and funding risks.
• Ensure compliance across grants, contracts, audits, policies, insurance, and related requirements; coordinate audits, monitoring activities, policy development, contract administration, and corrective action processes.
