Job summary

Ronald McDonald House Louisville is seeking a Corporate Giving Officer to lead donor relationships and grow corporate partnerships. You will design strategies, identify new donors, prepare proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed revenue targets.

The role requires 3+ years of fundraising experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed. You will work with the Development, Communications, and Operations teams to advance the mission and serve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of front-line fundraising or corporate partnerships experience.
• Proven ability to meet revenue and fundraising goals.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication; persuasive spokesperson.
• Experience with donor databases and fundraising materials.
• Willingness to travel and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to increase corporate donor giving and meet revenue goals.
• Identify, research, and cultivate corporate donors for general donations and sponsorships.
• Prepare donor proposals and close corporate asks.
• Cultivate relationships with current donors through visits and communications.
• Co-lead event committees, manage sponsor benefits, and create engaging event experiences.
• Facilitate McDonald’s Round-Up program year-round and support related campaigns.
• Assist in planning the annual fundraising plan and budgeting process.
