In-N-Out Burger is hiring a full-time Facilities Porter for our Franklin, TN corporate campus. The role maintains appearance and readiness of a Class A office environment, with extensive housekeeping, supply replenishment, conference room readiness, and event support.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3+ years in similar facilities roles, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential spaces with discretion. In-N-Out offers comprehensive benefits and a stable work schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3+ years in day porter or facilities support roles is required.
• Experience in a commercial office or corporate campus environment is preferred.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Outlook) are expected.
• Familiarity with CMMS/ticketing platforms like ServiceNow is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and chemical handling is desired.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Common Area and Restroom Maintenance across campus buildings.
• Break room supplies replenishment and inventory monitoring.
• Conference room and workspace readiness, including AV checks.
• Event setup and breakdown for internal events and programs.
• Furniture moves and light workspace reconfigurations.
• Executive area support with confidentiality and discretion.
• Exterior grounds presentation and litter removal.
• Receiving and deliveries support and mail handling.
• Safety and compliance with proper chemical handling.
• Gym and amenity area support and supplies replenishment.
