Job summary

In-N-Out Burger in Franklin, TN is seeking a dedicated Day Porter to join our campus facilities team. This full-time, in-office role keeps lobbies, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and exterior areas clean and welcoming throughout the day.

You will stock break room supplies, assist with events, move furniture, support executive spaces with discretion, and help ensure safety and compliance. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience are preferred; valid TN driver’s license

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3+ years experience as a Day Porter, building attendant, custodial, hospitality, or facilities support.
• 1–3+ years experience in a commercial office or campus environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and chemical handling.
• Familiarity with break room and kitchen equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to interact with all levels including executives.
• Physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds; long shifts.
• Valid TN Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, restrooms, and common areas with routine rounds.
• Stock break rooms and replenish supplies; monitor inventory levels.
• Prepare and reset conference rooms; verify AV equipment.
• Assist with events setup and breakdown; coordinate with teams.
• Move furniture and reconfigure workspaces as needed.
• Provide discreet support in executive and sensitive areas.
• Monitor exterior spaces; report maintenance issues.
• Assist with receiving and deliveries; keep loading dock tidy.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Support gym/amenity spaces; restock towels.
