In-N-Out Burger seeks a full-time Family Office Coordinator based in Franklin, TN to join our Family Office team. The role supports administrative, operational, and financial activities across the office, with exposure to wealth-management operations within a sophisticated family office environment.

This early-career opportunity reports to the Investment Operations Manager and involves travel (approximately 15%) to nationwide locations, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Investment Management, Family Office, or Financial Service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong attention to detail with capacity to manage data and documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and project support across the Family Office and related functions.
• Assist with data entry, record maintenance, document management, and information validation with high accuracy.
• Support financial and operational processes, including invoice processing, account administration, and reporting activities.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Coordinate communication among internal departments, external providers, advisors, and vendors.
