Job summary

Lam Research seeks a Corporate Meetings & Events Planner to design and execute mid-complexity leadership meetings, workshops, and offsites in a hybrid on-site/remote environment. You’ll manage timelines, registrations, vendor sourcing, budgets, and onsite logistics, collaborating with sponsors and corporate teams to ensure strategic alignment and exceptional attendee experiences.

Responsibilities include venue sourcing, hotel contracting, room blocks, AV coordination, and post-event evaluations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate meetings, events, hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience planning and executing meetings, conferences, workshops, or corporate events.
• Experience with venue sourcing, hotel negotiations, and supplier management.
• Proficiency with Cvent or similar event management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute leadership meetings, business planning sessions, employee engagement events, workshops, training programs, and team offsites.
• Develop event timelines, project plans, and execution schedules.
• Manage registration, attendee communications, and event materials.
• Lead onsite, virtual, and hybrid event execution.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships.
