Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking an Environmental Manager to advance to a true manager level in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting near Nashville, TN. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, supporting three production sites in KY, TN and MO and traveling 40–50% as needed.

You will be responsible for regulatory compliance across facilities, leading the ongoing development of environmental systems, and managing major air source Title V Part 70 permitting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V Part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).
• Strong regulatory compliance background across multiple facilities.
• Experience coordinating environmental systems development and improvement.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance at three production facilities (KY, TN, MO).
• Lead the ongoing development of environmental systems and programs.
• Manage Title V Part 70 permitting and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with plant EHS Generalists and report to Corporate EHS Director.

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
