Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking an Environmental Manager for a heavy industrial manufacturing company located about 30 minutes north of downtown Nashville, TN. The role is an individual contributor position focused on maintaining regulatory compliance and leading the evolution of environmental systems across three sites in KY, TN and MO.

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in managing major air source Title V Part 70 permits, with strong permitting and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Title V Part 70 permits.
• Strong knowledge of air permitting and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance across three production sites (KY, TN, MO).
• Lead the ongoing development of environmental management systems.
• Collaborate with plant EHS Generalists and report to the Corporate EHS Director.
• Travel 40–50% as needed.

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
