Eurest Chandler is seeking a General Manager (Corporate Dining) to lead the overall operation, drive performance, and build a high‑performing team within a busy corporate dining program.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer experience, financial stewardship, client relations, and rigorous compliance with safety and quality standards, offering a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive salary range of $90,000–$105,000.

Qualifications

• Experience leading foodservice operations and teams.
• P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience desirable.
• Multi‑unit management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Is well versed in all aspects of foodservice management, with a proven track record of success.
• Takes ownership of the operation and ensure operation meets all timelines for service and all other timelines established by management and/or client.
• Manages all financials including planning, budget development and analysis, and financial reporting.
• Interacts professionally with a diverse group of associates, peers, managers, suppliers, clients and customers.
• Demonstrates initiative and good judgement in assisting customers, clients and peers.
• Conducts management meetings.
• Has the ability to think quickly and accurately; evaluate problems and make recommendations.
• Audits units to ensure conformance with standards and regulations.
• Hires, trains and orients new management associates.
