Eurest in Chandler, AZ, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead day-to-day dining operations for a corporate account. You will manage a team of associates, ensure superior food quality, and maintain strong client relationships while guiding menus and culinary programs.

The role requires a BS in Hospitality or Culinary, 3–5 years of foodservice leadership, and proven budget management.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume foodservice environments with catering.
• Proven ability to analyze P&L and control costs.
• Desire to learn and grow within a premier corporate dining team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programs
