Formación

• Bachelor-level or equivalent education in foodservice management or related field.
• Minimum five years of retail operational foodservice management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, sanitation, and cost controls.
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Experience with cash retail operations and marketing is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall operation and drive business performance.
• Develop a high-performing team and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and policy standards.
• Manage labor and operating costs while delivering excellent guest service.
