Job summary

Einride is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our US legal team in Austin, TX. This full‑time hybrid role focuses on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and securities governance as we scale a technology and logistics platform.

You will draft and negotiate customer agreements, NDAs, and strategic partnerships; support public company reporting; and build scalable legal processes. 4+ years in corporate or transactional law, JD, and bar membership required.

Qualifications

• Hold a J.D. degree and active bar membership in good standing in the U.S.
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional law experience in law firm and/or in‑house
• Strong foundation in commercial contracting and corporate governance

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, strategic partnerships, NDAs, and standard contracts
• Support securities compliance and governance, including regulatory filings and disclosures
• Build scalable internal legal processes to improve speed and consistency
• Provide cross‑functional support for strategic initiatives and reports to Head of Legal, US
