Job summary

Infinitum Electric in Austin, TX seeks a Corporate Counsel to own the full contract lifecycle across commercial agreements, vendor partnerships, and IP-related contracts. The role partners with sales, supply chain, and engineering to translate business needs into sound terms.

Ideal candidates bring a JD, ~5 years of experience (in-house preferred), and strong drafting/negotiation skills, with a focus on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant legal experience; mix of law firm and in-house preferred.
• Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (supply, customer, IP, confidentiality).
• Familiarity with corporate entity maintenance and multi-state regulatory compliance.
• Interest in building/improving legal operations processes and tools (CLM systems, intake workflows, templates/playbooks).
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills for non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own contract intake, triage, prioritization and high-volume negotiations.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including supply, customer, IP, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, engineering and other stakeholders to align terms with business needs.
• Manage corporate entity maintenance, registrations, annual reports and regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
