Job summary
Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.
Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply. You will review contracts, provide legal guidance, help with compliance and policy documentation, research questions, and maintain organized records.
Qualifications
- Must have a law degree and license to practice.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in corporate law is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to learn and work in different areas of business law.
- Attorneys from different areas of law encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
- Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
- Help with policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
- Research legal questions when needed.
- Collaborate with management and other departments on legal issues.
- Maintain organized legal records and documents.
- Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
