Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. Experienced attorneys are welcome, as are newer attorneys looking to build corporate experience.

You'll review contracts and business documents, provide general legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, research questions, coordinate with management and other departments, and maintain organized legal records. All areas of business law are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Law degree and appropriate license to practice law.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with documents and using a computer.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn and work with different areas of business law.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions when needed.
• Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal records and documents.
• Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
