Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, providing legal guidance, assisting with policies, compliance, and documentation, researching questions, and collaborating with management.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable drafting and reviewing documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Open to attorneys from different practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions when needed.
• Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal records and documents.
• Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
