You will review contracts, provide guidance, help with policies, compliance, and documentation, and collaborate with management to resolve legal questions. A strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

Qualifications

• Law degree and appropriate license to practice law.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn and work with different areas of business law.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
