Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.

You will review contracts, provide legal guidance, and help with policies, compliance, and documentation while collaborating with management and other departments. This role offers growth and learning across business law areas.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree and license to practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with handling documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from various legal areas are welcome.
• Willingness to learn and work across business law areas.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions when needed.
• Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal records and documents.
• Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
