Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.

Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply. You will review contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, and work with management across departments on legal issues.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree and license to practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Comfortable working with documents and computer systems.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions when needed.
